Here at TREACLE HQ we firmly subscribe to the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" adage….hence our all year round offer of classic cakes. However, we also have cravings for sweet things to suit the seasons and certain special dates. As those of you familiar with the shop will know, this could mean a rich chocolate and Guinness cake around St Patrick's Day to help build your stamina, or some cheeky mini tarts to put some Spring in your step , our High Summer clotted cream and fresh fruit cake, or a hearty tea loaf in Autumn to help blow the cobwebs away, and of course our famously more-ish mini mince pies to soak up the mulled wine around Christmas!
